  The resort is looking forward to welcoming you again, on the 5th and 6th December 2020 then from 12th December to 18th April, 2021, for a winter season in the fresh air, your chance to rejuvenate and escape. We have made lots of changes to provide the safest skiing experience for you. We have introduced measure for your safety, well being and enjoyment on the slopes.

  • All staff will wear masks

  • Masks will be compulsory in ski lifts for everyone from 11 years old

  • There will be social distancing measures in the queues, floor markings in the Sales Info Points and plexiglass windows

  • Sanitising hydro-alcoholic gel will be available

  • There will be frequent cleaning of busy areas

• Contactless purchases, on your mobile or computer

  A keycard card allows you to access the ski lifts.
  If you opt for an online purchase, all you have to do is select the number and duration of your skipasses, then follow the steps, filling in all the requested fields including naming all your skiers and whether you already have keycards.

• If you book in advance and you have no keycard, you will need to choose to receive it by mail or to pick it up in the resort.

• If you are already in the resort, collect keycard from the machines in front of our Sales Info Points (24/7) or at the Tourist Offices. When you go online to pay for your lift pass please enter the 23 digits on the back of the skipass cards. The  skipasses will be activated, and you are ready to get on the ski lifts!

• Note: each skier must have their own keycard, make sure that each 23 digit ID matches the list of skiers on your order confirmation email. Please pay particular attention to reduced price skipass cards allocated to children or seniors.
