You can get insurance when you purchase your skipass online. Before validating your order, we will ask you whether you want to add options, including the insurance. WARNING ! If you forget to purchase the insurance, it will be impossible to add it online. You will have to go to a Skipass Office on the first day of ski you purchased to add the insurance.What document do I need to include to benefit from special prices?
When you purchase a skipass online, you will need proof for the following age categories:
0-5 years old: skipasses are free and available online, but a proof of age must be included.
75 years old and older: skipasses 1-9 days are free and available online but a proof of age must be included.
Important: when you purchase a Season Pass online, the age category is based on the age you have at the end of the year. For other skipasses, the age category is based on your age at the beginning of your vacation.
When you are on the payment page and you are unable to complete your payment by bank card (Refused bank card for example), we recommend that you contact your bank. The 3DSecure code is another way to secure your payment: You receive a code from your bank via SMS that you enter to confirm your purchase.Can I pay in multiple instalments?
We now have a free 4 instalment payment solution for Season Passes and Addict Season Passes. You pay 25% when you order, followed by 3 monthly instalments. If your card expires during this period, the monthly debits will all be debited before the card runs out.I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
A confirmation email is sent to you automatically as soon as your order and its payment by bank card are received. Check that the email is not in your junk email box (spam). If in doubt about the confirmation of your order, log into your account on the skipass-serrechevalier.com site, and check the "My Orders" tab.
How do I get an invoice for my order?
To get a receipt for your order, to give to your employer for example, log in to your account on the online sales site, click on "My Orders" on the left side of the screen then select the appropriate order line by clicking on the blue icon in the "Actions" column to the right of the screen. Then just click on "Print" in the "Actions" on the right side of the screen and select "Order Detail" from the dropdown menu. You can then either print the document or save it in PDF format.
You can find our different skipass dispensers located in front of Skipass Offices, Tourism Offices, as well as at different hotels of the valley. Once you have keycards, you can load your skipasses on them using the confirmation email you received.
Your order will be sent at the address you gave us when you ordered your skipasses. Count 7 days if the address is in France, or 10 days if it is abroad.

If you do not receive your skipasses before arriving to the valley, you can go to a Skipass office with your order confirmation as well as an ID to get new ones.

As soon as your skipass is activated, only certain situations related to weather conditions, that affect the operation of the ski area, can be taken into consideration. If you lose your keycard, go to a Sales Desk with your proof of purchase (ID card or email order confirmation). For day or more skipass holders a replacement pass will be provided at a cost of € 10.How do I use my skipass?
