        Find the 23-digit number on the back of a previously used skipass card, ignoring spaces and dashes. If the skipass was a "Vacation" pass, you will not be able to reload it with a "Season" skipass.

        If you have not kept, have lost or forgotten your old skipass (in your accommodation in Serre Chevalier for example): just place your order and indicate that you do not have a hands-free card and you will receive a new skipass at the address of your choice. You can put your old cards in the recycling bins located at the Sales desks

        When you have chosen the package you are interested in and added it to your basket, click on "choose my options". Tick ​​the one (s) that interest you, add it (them) to your basket and continue your order.

        Please note! If you forget to purchase insurance, it is not possible to add it to the skipass online. You will need to go to a Sales desks in the resort on the first day of validity of your pass to add insurance for the duration of the pass.

        Buying your skipass online does not require proof of age: however, you may need to provide proof for all discounted rates if your pass is checked in the resort: age groups 6 -11 years years and 65-74 years and for the 18/25 and Tribu passes. Skipasses are free for 0-5 year olds and can be ordered online by uploading proof of age. For 75 years +: skipasses are free and may only be collected at Sales desks in the resort.

        Please note: When buying your Season Pass online, it is the year of birth that is taken into account to calculate age categories. For “Vacation” skipasses, the full date of birth is required and not just the year of birth. It is the age on the first day of skiing that is taken into account for the calculation of age categories.

        When you are on the payment page and you are unable to complete your payment by bank card (eg. Refused bank card), we recommend that you contact your bank. The 3DSecure code is another way to secure your payment: You receive a code from your bank via SMS that you enter to confirm your purchase.

        When confirming your order, you can select "On-Site Collection". 3 options are available:

        1/ Collection from a Sales desks – Collect your order when you get to the resort from the Sales desks of your choice, with your confirmation email.

        2/ Automatic collection – From our "Skipass Xpress" distributors, scan your order confirmation code and get your skipass in a few seconds.

        3/ Smart collect – Pick up one or more blank cards from a Sales Desk or at the bottom of certain lifts and activate them yourself with your smartphone by logging on to smartskipass.com.

      • When will my order be delivered?

        Your order will be delivered by mail to the delivery address associated with your account. Season passes will be sent out from November 15th, 2019.

        For “Vacation” skipasses, you will receive all of your skipasses ordered online within 7 days in France and within 10 days abroad.

        If you have not received your skipasses before you leave, simply go to one of our Sales desks with your proof of purchase to get a replacement.
